ABOUT ME
I have always loved nature, exploration and learning new facts about the world. Additionally, I have always had a fascination with computers and computer programming. I was driven by my love of nature to pursue an education in earth science, which ultimately led me to the study of GIS; the perfect combination of nature and technology.
I am highly motivated and an exceptionally hard working individual. I have earned my Bachelor's of Science degrees in both geology and geography, with concentrations in applied geology, geospatial technology, and environmental studies. My knowledge of the Earth's physical and chemical composition are complimented by advanced skills in GIS such as digitization, georeferrencing, as well as editing and production of both raster and vector datasets. I also have a passion for computer science and am well versed in all Microsoft products, specifically Excel, as well as Python and several other programming languages.

GIS Intern working with CSU, Stanislaus and Turlock Community Gardens. Sole intern responsible for the creation of a web map using ArcGIS Online. The web map displays vacant lots throughout Turlock, CA, as well as various information related to block groups. A link to the working map is provided in the "selected work" section of this site.
